The Broadview Security System
Broadview’s state-of-the-art system not only helps secure your family and home from potential intruders, but provides a quick link to help in the event of an emergency, whether you are at home or away.
Standard Keypad – Enables you to turn the security system on or off by entering a numeric code. The easy-to-use keypad includes three dedicated buttons for fire, medical or police emergencies that can notify Broadview Security if you need assistance.

Premium Keypad – Enables you to turn the security system on or off by entering a numeric code. The backlit digital keypad has a large display that guides you through the system's functions. The keypad also includes three dedicated buttons for fire, medical or police emergencies that can notify Broadview Security if you need assistance.
Motion Detector – Monitors open areas in your home and is triggered by body heat and movement within the home.

Smoke/Heat Detector* – Upon detecting smoke or unusually high temperatures, it triggers the alarm to warn your family of a possible fire, while simultaneously alerting Broadview to summon assistance.
Smart•Key Wireless Remote – Enables you to arm and disarm the security system from up to 75 feet away. It’s small enough to fit on your keychain and also works as either a police or medical emergency button.

Glassbreak Detector – Detects the sound of breaking glass and triggers the alarm, while disregarding other common noises, such as thunder, telephones and household sounds.

Heat Sensor – Detects dangerously high temperatures and sounds the alarm to alert your family, while alerting Broadview to summon assistance. It is ideal for areas where smoke detection is not desired.

Carbon Monoxide Detector* – The detector uses advanced technology to detect carbon monoxide and alerts you when it is at dangerous levels.

Flex Switch – Provides a glassbreak detector and window sensor in one component. It detects the sound of breaking glass and can sense if a door or window has been opened.

Door or Window Sensor – Sounds the alarm if a door or window connected to the system is opened while the system is armed.
Strobe Light – Bright flashing light helps emergency vehicles locate your home at any time of day or night. The light is durable and weather resistant to help endure impact and abuse.
Environmental Sensor - Monitors temperature in the assigned area and activates the security system if the temperature rises above or drops below the limits you set.
Telephone Control Module - Enables you to control the Broadview Security system from any touch-tone phone inside or outside your home, no matter where you are, by turning the phone into an extra keypad.

Broadview Yard Sign and Decals - Let everyone know your home is protected by Broadview Security and help deter potential intruders.

Master Control Panel - Sends monitoring information to the Broadview central monitoring centers. It is equipped with a backup battery in case of power failure.

Interior Siren - Lets intruders and your family know that the security system has been triggered by sounding a piercing 95-decibel alarm.
Moisture Sensor – Alerts the homeowner to water leaks. Use it in or near basements, computer rooms, drain areas and any place you store documents.
Exterior Siren – When the security system is triggered, it sounds a piercing 95-decibel audible alarm.
*Installation of fire detection devices or carbon monoxide detector available for an extra fee; standard phone line maybe required. Local codes may require the installation of additional smoke/heat detectors at an additional cost. Monitoring of carbon monoxide detector is an additional $1 per month, fire detection devices is an additional $2 per month.
